9/9 - 9/10/12 - Sandra, congratulations again on your recent move to such a beautiful dwelling place in a sustainable Charlottesville neighborhood. I'm still in awe having witnessed community composting along your street.  Now that's environmental consciousness leading the way for the future of every neighborhood!!!
I celebrate your dream come true.... great job in manifesting ......
I know that you are as happy as this rejoicing Buddha in your backyard overlooking the river.

I am deeply grateful for the hospitality and cherished visit.

As I gaze at this photo,
 I sense Brevard's spirit essence
radiating upon us.
 At the very same time
I can imagine him taking this photo
and delighting in doing so.

Gelato ~ it was a pleasure meeting you sweet darlin!

9/8/12 - It's 10:00 am, and I'm headed for the Blue Ridge Mountains, the oldest mountains in the country. Scheduled to arrive in Charlottesville, Virginia at 12 noon.   Ahhh...... beholding the Blue Ridge. I am thrilled to be here again!
Charlottesville evokes numerous memories.  Many friends are nestled in this area, and it was home to my true love Brevard and I for nearly eight years.

The Swannanoa Palace, on top of Afton Mountain and a short stint from the Blue Ridge Parkway/Shenandoah National Park; former home of Walter and Lao Russell and the University of Science and Philosophy.  During the more recent years the magnificent Swannanoa has become the host site for the annual One Heart Reunion. It's been about 5 years since I was last here.  What a gift to be here now to visit with my spiritual tribe and partake in a weekend of nurturing and enlightening offerings.

Upon arriving, I was magnetically drawn to meet a woman named Bonnie, who I discovered has possessed the natural gift of clairvoyancy since childhood.  During our visit I was gifted valuable insight in support of my journey.  Thank you so much Bonnie!

Joyce, CONGRATULATIONS on your newly published book "Presence:  A Tapestry Of Love Through the Eyes Of The Soul".  I love it and highly recommend it!  Available at Amazon.  Author:  Joyce Swann Gedeon.
To my blog readers: This book is a healing journey of a soul faced with many profound experiences and heart breaks.  Joyce tells the story of  how she was able to find the blessings in these events and turn them into quantum learning and teaching opportunities.

Geoffrey & Diana, I honor and appreciate your ability to see Brevard through the veil protecting me on my journey from the other side.  I feel his presence so strongly and have no doubt that he is with me.

Thank you "Grace" ~ what a magnificent powerhouse performance you ignited Saturday night!  Wowza!!!! Can't wait until your album comes out!
I am still in awe of the synchronicity ~ while in the midst of Grace performing "Over the Rainbow",  a vivid double rainbow appeared overhead, gracing us even more ~ a mighty gift ~ a wonderful surprise!

Sananjaleen, it was a joy to dance Paneurhythmy Sunday morning with you and friends from Bulgaria. There's no better way to begin the day!

In our One Heart closing circle on Sunday, I heard spirit whisper within me to move from where I was randomly standing to where "I needed to be" by my grandmother. I heeded the call, engaged my intuition, walked around the ceremonial circle and there you were, Gabriele.

I knew it was you as my eyes fixed upon yours in soul recognition.  There we were in the ceremonial circle visiting as if we have known one another for years (no doubt we have from former lifetimes). After learning that you recently traveled westward yourself along the route I will be taking and generously offering me connections, I affirm even stronger that Spirit is guiding my way and willingly surrender closer and deeper to Divine Order, Timing and Will.
Thank you, Gabriele, for inviting me to stay in your Asheville home along my way so that we can connect again before I Wing It West!  Looking forward to uniting again.

I wrapped my arms around my One Heart Family and only wish I had taken more photos.

My heart is still humming from the unified resonance of the One Heart!

Raho, dear brother, thank you once again for being the vision and the fuel behind this magnificent gathering!

9/7/12 – Arrived in The Plains, Virginia - located an hour west of Arlington to visit Jeanne, owner of Madcap farm.  The evening’s invitation was to witness my first polo match which ended up being cancelled.  Instead, I cooled myself off with a few dips in the pool, visited with Jeanne & friend, and the tribe of horses gracing the land. It was wonderful seeing you again Jeanne!

8/28/12 - I'm in Arlington, Virginia - the land of multicultural living. It feels great to be back in the land of multicultural diversity.

Marya, you and I intended before I arrived to create our time together powerfully and playfully and that's exactly what came to be. The pics below say it all!

Swinging in the park - a favorite thing to do!

What a blessing to behold this amazing mermaid sculpture, reminiscent of Makana's energetic playful presence with us day and night.  What an extraordinary gift of art to have in your sacred sweet abode!

Even though I don't have a photo, I shall always remember the night we improv danced in the waterfall fountain in the midst of Georgetown that hot summer evening.

We'll always remember this spontaneous photo shoot dancing to the sound of Usher at the shopping mall. I usually don't go to the mall and I've never danced in a dressing room before!  One never knows what can happen when two free spirited sisters get together!!!
That was so awesome!!!

Marya, so glad we bought these matchy-matchy green dresses...
and what a sale!!!! --- we rocked it sistah!
We WILL be wearing these in Kauai together someday!!!

A mermaiden's Top priority - swimming in the pool twice a day.

Celebrating a monumental moment ~ Lessons from the lifeguard on how to swim as if I have a mermaid tail ~ YES!!!

Dogs Dogs and more Dogs.....
The closing of pool season with the
annual dog swim was a blast to watch!

Marya & Madina,
One word to describe our unified connection POTENT!  Here's to the Power of Sisterhood & Divine Grace!

A visit to the National Museum of the American Indian.
If any of you readers are in the Washington, DC area,
note that "A Song for the Horse Nation" is on exhibit
now through January 7, 2013.  An epic story of the horse's influence on Indian tribes from the 1600s to the present.
A wonderful exhibit!

Marya, remember those awesome Native American dishes we had
at the museum.  The leek dish, Quinoa and veggie dish, the tomato, potato, corn, potato dish, and my absolute favorite Mussel soup --- That was so amazing!!!!!! Craving it NOW!

I am Native American even though I appear white.
This knowing pulses through my blood
drawing on other lifetimes I have lived.
Upon gazing at this sculpture
my body insisted on being part of it.
For those of you who may not know
I am one with many names.
           Renya Rainbow Feather

I wonder what's awaiting for us next time?  No doubt our Aloha Fire Spirit will continue weaving until we meet again!
                                                                                                       Mahalo dear sister*

8/28/12 -  Beth (lil 'traveler), it was so great connecting with you.  I knew that I needed to hear about your trip to Africa. Certain things are clearly meant to be and our visit was clearly that. The lion necklace with glowing ice blues eyes draped around your neck immediately captured my attention upon seeing you, and I feel quite honored that you have given me permission to share your story in my blog.  I will do my best here to convey our conversation.

It began with dreams of Africa and progressed to dreams of "big white cats that looked like lions." These dreams came during a transitional period in your life (career and love life), and when three people, none of whom knew one another, suggested you visit a well-respected psychic in Baltimore, you did. Though you did not mention these dreams to her, she knew right off that you were being called to Africa, and more specifically, to Timbavati, home to the white lions. She also directed you to supposedly the oldest calendar on Earth located not far from the land of the white lions. This led you to the story of Linda Tucker from South Africa who authored the book, Mystery of the White Lions: Children of the Sun God.  To quote in part an Amazon review, "white lions have a long and sacred history in Africa and their recent reappearance in the wild signifies earth-changing events to come." After visiting the psychic, you prayed about how to go about seeing these white lions.  A couple days later while sharing what had evolved from your dream, a friend mentioned she had just received a flyer about a trip being organized to visit the White Lions of Africa.  I can totally relate when you said that upon hearing this you almost fell off your chair! ... I can't believe you didn't!  ... then to find out that the trip was leaving from Baltimore!  (the town where you live).  Clearly this trip was being handed to you on a silver platter!
This sequence of events following your dream occurred last September with two weeks on the Land of the White Lions!  The trip was magical!   The lions roamed free, although they are monitored to some degree because they are exceptionally rare and poaching in the area is common.  The White Lions have existed in African legends forever. White lions are indigenous only in the Timbavati region of South Africa.
You blew me away when you told me that you and a group of 11 others meditated together with the free roaming white lions, and felt no fear whatsoever within the group while doing so. You said that every night before sleep you could feel your consciousness being downloaded with sacred knowledge from the lions.  It is difficult to interpret now, and yet you know that you are changed because of it.  What a vacation!
After returning in April from your extraordinary trip with no intention of returning to Africa, you acknowledged the deep inner knowing that you are to transition from your job and wonder what is next. While in that space of wonderment in June, you connected with a medicine woman named Mbali Creazzo, whom you met in April  in Timbavati and who is the inspiration behind the New York Times best selling book 29 Gifts, featured on the Today Show.  More information is available at www.ourdivinemedicine.com.  Our Divine Medicine is dedicated to the teaching and preservation of Indigenous wisdom.
Through conversation with Mabali you learned more about the White Lion Leadership Academy training and you decide to return to the land and to this academy.
Such an extraordinary experience that continues to unfold ~ I am deeply inspired ~ and hearing it brings forth the following words from my soul as a reminder to us all ~
It is a time of great change,
                            Great Promise

                                        Great Mystery
Each of us play an important part.

Beth, thanks for suggesting that we meet at The Great Sage in Clarksvlle, MD!  Perfect place and great food!  Love this photo of you and the wall hanging Tree of Life!

*For those who are reading this blog, to learn more about Beth and what's she's up to since her return from Africa, I invite you to visit her website at www.sproutyourvision.com).
